The last time I posted the front this is where we were. The back addition was in the spotlight, but the front yard was slowly getting some TLC.
This was before any concrete.

20 tons of rock! Blair did the first 10 on his own - with a little help from Charlotte.
Then Julia and Efren stopped by and pumped out the other 10 tons in one day!!!
We love the rock and we LOVED the price, too. It was 1/3 cheaper than everything else.
Then it was on to new windows and "out"sulation. 1 layer of foam with a radiant barrier.

Now he will paint the trim and then add the last layer of foam and then stucco.
So I would like to add that we got 3 free trees from APS. They are baby trees but will grow to 15-30' and will help so much with the SW sun! Visit here if you want to know more :)
